Delivery 

Orders will be sent via Recorded delivery (Signed For) within the UK.  UK orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Postage and packing for goods sent outside of the UK are charged at £8.00. For delivery outside the UK please allow 10 days for delivery.

(Please note: for goods sent outside the UK additional customs charges may be levied and will be the responsibility of the purchaser).

Returns policy 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchace we offer a full refund or exchange, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. 

In the interests of hygiene, please make sure that items are tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse returns where it's evident this hasn't been done. 

Certain products are excluded from our returns policy - this will be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase . Items that cannot be returned are:

·         Hosiery can't be accepted if the pack has been opened. 

·         Gift cards are non-returnable and are non-exchangeable. 

·         Shipping charges on returned goods.

UK returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order, make sure you get proof of postage from the post office and we advise insuring to protect you if your return gets lost on its way back. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement. 

For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK we will need to receive your return within 20 days of purchase. Again make sure you get proof of postage from your courier, we advise insuring to protect you if your return gets lost on its way back. You should keep this proof until you've received your refund or replacement. 

Please mark your postage and packaging clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' 

Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will send an automated email confirmation once your refund has left us and is on its way back to your card.
